I went to watch Harry Potter yesterday with my beloved boyfriend. I didn't love it nor did I hate it. I just liked it. It felt rushed and there was a lot of things that were taken out. But what could one expect? Who would want to sit through a 7 hour movie? Yeah, I admit I would. I mean, it's Harry Potter! I just love the brilliance of it all. It's so mind boggling. Everything just fits together! It's amazing. It's funny to compare the whole cast in the first HP to this one. They're just so grown up. Rupert Grint (Ron) is so big D:
I have to give the movie some credit though for managing to frighten me several times. But then again, I get scared quite easily. Seriously, it really annoys the hell outta the people I sit next to. When I jump, they jump at my reaction and it pisses them off. It's funny. That's why I have a love-hate relationship with scary movies. It's interesting, but at the same time, the scary music could even trigger me.
Have you guys heard of that new horror movie "Drag Me To Hell"? When I first saw the preview on tv, I was shaking my head in ridicule. The movie industry are slowly running out of ideas. But I'm pretty sure I'm going to end up watching it -_-". I know, it's ridiculous.
Speaking of ridiculous, my boyfriend has been saying that word continuously over the past few days. Most of the time, it's not even necessary! I was really annoyed at first and I kept telling him to shut up but like all boys, he didn't listen. Now I've grown immune to it and what's worst is, I'm starting to say it! It's ridiculous.
My boyfriend is attending this fighting game event at UTS today and tomorrow. It's like Supernova, except you don't dress up and it's all about fighting games. Like Streetfighter, Tekken, etc. You just compete with other players and watch. I know, he's such a nerd. A cool one though :D. He was unsure of competing 'cause his ass would get kicked and I agreed on that. But I hope he does. Compete I mean.
I went shopping yesterday and it was unsuccessful. It really annoyed me 'cause I could find nothing that screamed "buy me!" So I'm going again today and hopefully I'll come home with something.
Oh, and I'll leave you with this.

These are some questions on the practice driver knowledge test. When I first saw this, it looked like it was both asking the exact the same thing but had different answers due to a RTA screw up. Those bastards. Boy, was I wrong. And blind. My boyfriend had to tell me the difference and I am still shocked. If you can spot the difference, then congratulations. This proves you're not as stupid as me.
Oh, and if you're wondering why I have a lot of Vietnamese bookmarks, weird programs and other useless junk going on, it's just how the Phans roll.
My dad took me and my sister out to eat after school cause he wasn't gonna cook today since he was busy. We ate at Pho Hien, my family friend's restaurant in Canley Heights. I ordered bun thit nuong which is a vermicelli dish with pork and spring rolls. And of course coconut juice to wash it all down. It looks something like this.
No, this isn't a picture I took there. I always bring my camera with me but I never remember to use it. I don't know why.
Later, I went late night at Liverpool's Westfields to watch Terminator Salvation with Adam and friends. It was a pretty good movie, but I was confused at some parts cause it kinda referred to the previous Terminator movies and I haven't watched them in so long. Ohh, and Arnold Schwarzenegger appears in it too which was a big surprise. But it's obviously a computerised him, lol. And yes, I forgot to take a picture of what I wore AGAIN! So I'm just gonna list it like before -_-" - blue long-sleeve top ; Bluenotes - $20 - light blue skinny jeans ; Bardot - $50 - grey and black checkered bomber jacket ; Jay Jays - $40 - brown pleather handbag ; Basque - $99.95 - brown boots ; Freelance - $60
I really need to get a move on with my assessments and things. I'm such a procrastinator and I don't like it one bit. Oh, do you guys know any poems, novels or films that consist of a journey? And it needs to be mature enough, not like Finding Nemo D:
The school announced the athletics carnival was to be postponed til a later date. The field we were having it at was wet from all the rain during the week. I handed in my note saying I wasn't going this morning, so I didn't care really.
Anyway, I'm so excited to see the New Moon movie! The trailer got me all teared up already, lol. You get to see Jacob's body :) I know on the opening day of the movie, theatres will be packed with screaming girls. And yes, I will be one of them, lol.
Hi guys, sorry for the lack of posts. Been busy these holidays.
I just got back from paintball. Went with friends from my old school. I only got an hour sleep since we had to be at the train station by 6. Crazy. It was a very painful experience. And expensive. I spent $150 today :S. I really suck at it, I think I only shot 1 or 2 people. I didn't even past halfway through the field, all I did was camp in one spot. I got all these bruises and a cut on my index finger. It really hurts bad when you get hit on bare skin. Best of all, we each got a whole pizza from Dominoes but I didn't finish it, lol. My Pumas got dirty real bad though, and I just cleaned it :(
I went Utopia Homegrown2 on Saturday night at Acer Arena. I didn't really like the music they were playing. Like, it didn't get to me. Meh. But other than that, it was awesome. Of course, I did nothing illegal, lol. All I did was dance all nightttttt. I mean, you don't need to take anything to have fun. The boys didn't really dance though, they just sat there doing what they do best...
I feel like dressing up next time I go to an event. You're able to dress however you want, without being seen as a slut, haha. Except maybe, Halloweeen. But we don't celebrate it here, unfortunately.
We got back home at 7 in the morning and I was so exhausted, cold and hungry, I just jumped into my warm, cosy bed. I woke up at 3 in the afternoon and I went out to eat steak with some friends. Medium-done is nasty. We went Liverpool to watch The Fast and The Furious. It was okay. The cars are per-ty :) But I know nothing about cars, lol.
Yeah, fun stuff.
Sad thing is, there's only one more week left 'til school starts. And I didn't even start reading "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" for English D:
Well, I am going to go watch some Simpsons and drink some Pepsi. I know, I said I don't like soft drinks but I just have an absurd craving for it atm. Cya.
